Tamara Williams passed away on Wednesday September 6th, 2023 in Sylvania, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles M. Williams I, by her mother Pearl Smith and by her father Hardy Smith. She is survived by her sons T.C. Maxwell and Joshua J. Williams and her stepchildren: Rubye L. Ramos, Jasmine C. Williams, Clarinda L. Martin, Charles M Williams II, 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren as well as several nephews and nieces. She was very loved and will be dearly missed. Services will be held at a later date.
