Frances Vernell Cooper Parker was born April 18, 1948, to Frances and James Burford Cooper, In Screven County, Georgia.
Frances attended Green Chapel AME Church of Rocky Ford, Georgia, for many years before moving to Stillmore Georgia, she also attended school in the Screven County School System.
Frances was employed with Crider Poultry plant in Stillmore Ga for more than 15 years.
Frances was a workaholic and could do many things, but she especially enjoyed gardening, and was very good at it.
Frances was preceded in death by, her parents, James B., and Frances Cooper; her husband, Henry Parker; two brothers, John, and James Cooper; and a sister, Partinia Cooper.
She leaves to treasure her memory, A Daughter, Joann Bush, of Wadley, GA; One Brother, Charlie Cooper of Rocky Ford, GA; Three Sisters, Zadie Steed (James) of Garden City, GA; Diane Sheppard and Charlesetta Daniels both of Sylvania, GA; Two Nieces, Taquiesha Scroggins (Michael) of Guyton, GA and Rossalynn Mobley of Rincon, GA; Five Great Nephews, Mikall, Miguel and Edwin Scroggins of Guyton, GA; Ryland Robbins of Rincon, GA, and Reggie Robbins of Atlanta, GA; Two Great Nieces, Mika Scroggins of Guyton, GA, and Rhynia Mobley of Rincon, GA; One Aunt, Mary Hall of Augusta, GA; One Brother-in-law, Semmie Young (Patricia) of Statesboro, GA; and a host of other Relatives and Friends.
