Mother Doris Cooper Parker was born on April 23rd, 1959 to Isadore Sr. and Thelma Warren Cooper. Doris was educated in the Screven County School System and Graduated in 1977.

At an early age Doris Joined Wesley Chapel Church which is now P.E.D.S. Ministry Super Natural (Where Christ is in Charge). Doris was a loyal and active member and loved her Church and Church family. Doris was employed with All Ways Caring Homecare as a caregiver.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Richard Parker on September 27, 1981 and to this union they reared three sons.
