Catherine (Reason) Starks

Catherine Reason Starks, was Born on January 27, 1954 in Effingham County, to the late Julius and Ida Reason. Catherine peacefully departed from this life on April 14, 2024.

Catherine was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church, in Oliver, GA.

Catherine leaves cherish her memory her four loving children: Nicole (Carlos) Gadson, Alicia (Antonio) Nixon, Daniel Jackson Jr., and Renata Starks. Additionally, she took in her nieces Annisa and Jalisa as her own, leaving an indelible mark of love and guidance upon their lives.

She is survived by her siblings: Jane Smith, Beatrice Green, Ruthie Mae Brown, Lavon (Catherine) Reason, and Earl (Tandra) Reason. Catherine’s legacy extends through her ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
